Favorite dirt releasing LSP

For the daily driver...I take a route in which the road constuction is like a never ending process. And no matter how far left or right to the lane I drive ;-) , depending on which side of the 6 lanes they are working on, there is always the inevitable water overspray as they use hoses to keep the curing concrete wet....

For the DD, I'm currently using RMG/topped with Souveran and the only sealants I have in my stash is OS, KSG, some older Sonus Acrylic as well and some very very old bottles of Zaino somewhere. I gave up on Z after the ZFX dried up.

I plan on trying to do a ONR more frequently as opposed to the usual weekend washes.

Curious to hear what you find as your favorite dirt releasing LSP.

UPGP in multiple coats worked well for me. Last fall I was able to get the car clean after dusty shows with just a foam gun soak (Poorboys SS&S) and a filtered rinse.

If you're topping with a carnauba like Souveran I would use a good QD to make it less prone to hang onto dirt/dust.

Collinite 476S and P21S are my top dirt releasing picks. They seem to clean up remarkably well by themselves with just a rain shower.

I saw a great detailed post from Bence recently showing FK1000P/FK Pink Wax (IIRC) versus some other stuff, and it not only cleaned up more easily but actually got LESS DIRTY than the product immediately next to it on the same panel!

Looked like a winner to me. I actually found Opti Seal to be pretty good in releasing dirt compared to any waxes, so would perhaps try that first if you already have it??? I found water really rolled off instantly once i got to speed and left the car clean after rain, as wll as washing up easily :)

Found it :woot2:

To me if you have dirt in a LSP you need to polish and remove the Lsp. A non-agressive polish would be my choice. That will realease the dirt. Then slap on a fresh coat of LSP. ONR washes will help in between LSP removal. JMHO

Rob, that thread convinced me to try FK 2180-PW and top with 425. I have to say that even with the daily dose of pine pollen, a good rain shower on the way home and it dries clean - except for those places on the back bumper where water sits.
