Faded/oxidized rear bumper trim

Its been a really long time since I posted here, so hello again! I need some help with some stubborn rear bumper trim. Hopefully someone can help me. I've attached some pics. As you can see it's quite weathered. How can I restore it back to new looking? I'm not looking to simply put some product on it that will make it look good for a while only to have it go back to the way it is now. I need a more permanent solution. Help please?

Start with cleaning that with a good APC and a plastic brush to get all the dirt out of the grain. Then I would use Poorboys trim restore, it's going to take a few applications to get that to look new again, but it will come back

Get it super clean. Use a water spot remover if necessary and apply Solution Finish. You will need to wear gloves as this is a dye. Other good products for plastic are, Ultima Tire and Trim Guard, Dlux and GTechniq C4.

Thanks for the replies. Whats a good APC to use nowadays? And as far as a plastic brush...what kind? Also, this may be silly but how about a something like a magic eraser?

The trim restore is very good and may last longer than most but it will not last very long.

I would like to know if anyone has tried that new wipe that has a warranty for 2 years.
I find it hard to believe but think I may try it I get tired of applying dressing all the time.

Good luck. Be sure to let us know how much you hated the product.
