I recieved my order today, however, one sheepskin mitt was missing. So i called up excel, and my call was picked up asap. I think it was pat that picked up? I'm not sure.. However, he was very nice, very curteous and fixed my order right away! Proven over again and again, quality service wins customers. I will definately do business with them in the near future. Thanks excel!
 
Right on! I haven't received anything but excellent service. I dig the forums advice, both in the quality and delivery, and the same can be said of the store. I've placed three recent orders and they'll certainly get repeat business from me.
 
Sometimes when you call in @ Exceldetail one of many models for example my favorite victoria secret model "Adriana Lima" help me out i was only going to buy some soap and i end up order 600 worth order but she told me i needed it and when she said that i was sold... :rofl

Yes sir Patrick is the Bomb....top notch co and service....i order from him because he has the best products at best prices and i cant complain on next day del since i live so close by...but i like his personal touch included in every order....spread the word Bro.... :hifive:
 
You have to appreciate the level of service that Excel gives. That's what happens when the person who is selling detail supplies has the same interest in detailing that his customers do.

I had the EXACT same thing happen to me. I ordered 2 of their light mitts that were on sale (along with some other stuff) and only received one. I wrote him an email, and the problem was instantly taken care of, shipped the same day. When it arrived he had given me a free yellow microfiber. It was my first excel mf too, and I am impressed with the quality level.

Patrick's service is top notch...He treats his customers like they are personal friends..if products are backordered he keeps you informed on the status..when products come in he e-mails you right away and lets you know your items shipped...



And shipping is fast...from coast to coast it was 3 days..not bad..takes 5 days for items to come from dealers in Fla. ... for the products that Patrick carry.....he will be my go to person for those products...

I too can speak highly of Patrick! Don't forget about the shipping refund if the standard shipping comes out more then the actual.
 
Patrick has exceptional service, quality products, great prices.

When I used to work in the area, I would "meet" Patrick in the field and pick up my order.

It was always a pleasure to spend a few moments chatting about business, etc.

He is a class act.
 
I was mistakenly sent a dozen Blue Supreme microfiber towels with my Excel order one time. I contacted Patrick about it and he told me to just keep them. This wasn't just one towel. This was a 12-pack! He was more concerned about the person that didn't get them.
 
He definitely sets the standard which all others should follow. I had heard all of the hype about his customer service and was simply amazed with how all of my orders have gone.
