It's Michelle's Birthday, and I know women don't like to tell you their age, but she turns 1 this month. Michelle is a titanium metallic 04' 4-runner SE v8 4x4, and has about 15k miles. I promised her a polish, seal, and wax for her birthday, but after a dawn wash, her skin was smooth and felt contaminate free. I did an AIO/NXT job about 6 weeks ago, and ended up just resealing and topping her.

final process was:

*light* dawn wash (it still shed water like crazy...that danged AIO)

simple green and a light brush on wheel wells.

blue magic wheel brightener on wheels (sponge)

spot clay with clay magic (front bumper and side mirrors)

NXT with blue Sonus pad- PC setting on 5 (hand removal w/ a MF)

#26 by hand. (also hand removal w/ a MF)

tires, wheel wells, and running boards got STP cut 2:1

Interior got a touch up of blue magic leather/vinyl cleaner and a quick vacuum. I spend about 2 hous total on her this morning.

Oh man that is so funny as I was posting my reply I thought, I wonder if I should point that out or how many others are going to.

Haha....nothing gets past you guys :o :D That's my running board, mud flap, and trim mf. It's what I use MF's for after I retire them from paint use. I just keep them in a hamper and wash them with dawn/oxy to get most of the grease off. I'm surprised no one asked why I used a blue pad for nxt. I had a blue sonus pad on it's last leg, and thought I would test out nxt's cleaning ability and really work it in. Here are a few before pics. I am a tournament bass fisherman, so I drive down a lot of dirt roads around lakes. Any greasy products on trim, tires, etc. doesn't do well.
