Just a few pictures of a little something I did today. Again it was a overcast and hazy day and it bummed me out but I think the pictures look pretty good.

hmm sweet

what did you use on the paint and tires, lets hear your process on this one, looks great as always

Andriver, Frankie, Thank you for the complments.

This is a regular car I do but it has been about 3 months since I last gave it a good going over and since it looked like rain today no one else was seeking to have their cars done which allowed me to just kick back and do some zen detailing:p

I started with the hood as their were some slight scratches on it and the fenders, most likely from mechanics leaning over it:angry I hate it when they do that.

So the hood got a few passes with my rotary an orange pad, Light Cut and then a polishing pad with LC again. The rest of the car was done with my Cyclo and LC, including the hood. Spitzed it down with Quick Shine and then applied 1 coat of AIO and topped it off with P21S.

The tires were done with Platinums new Tire Gel and the engine was cleaned up with Simple Green, metal polished with Rolite and dressed with Top of the Lines "Best Dressed", which was also used in the wheel wells. Plexus for the conv. plastic window.

The worst part of the day came when I had to drive the car:sosad

Take care,

Anthony

Killer engine bay! I'm sure you hated having to drive it. :lol

I detailed a Silverado SS....for a 17-year-old kid! His Daddy bought it for him (the guy who owns the Lambo and Bentley). Actually a pretty nice pickup. Already lowered, chrome 20's, $4000 sound system, cold air intake, Flowmaster duals with turndowns at the back axle, leather interior, rear bumper removed, etc. I'll post pics when I finish the roll in my camera.

A Ford Lightning is faster, but this truck was pretty tough looking and based on a quick drive, definitely faster than the stock 345 hp 6.0 V8 was meant to be.

17 years old!!?!!??

I sure hope that kid has a level head and is well grounded because the average hormone whacked out teen with a truck like that is just an accident waiting to happen.

The truck sounds awesome so please post those pics when you can. Did you get rained on today?

I've known the kid since he was about 8 or so (that is how long I've been detailing his Dad's cars!) and he is pretty level headed for someone who has had everything handed to him.

The truck definitely is awesome! Nice lowered stance without being too low and it is that electron blue color (not sure of the exact name).

No rain at all today. Mostly sunny and upper 80s this afternoon.
