Estimate for rust repair on roof S. FL

Sup, need some advice. I'm in Hollywood Florida and have water coming into my car thanks to some rust holes in the roof. I am scared that it will get crazy repairing it, but i do not know body work. David Fermani seems to be a common name popping up for south florida and i've tried to hit him up on a pm. but having problem posting the pics of the rust.

Those rust spots have to definitely be replaced with metal. It's hard to give you an accurate auto repair estimates but you're looking at over a thousand dollars for a good job.
