Edge non quick connect pads..

I am currently trying to detail my truck and once again I am having trouble with my Edge pads. The velcro is separating from the pad. Anyone know how I can get ahold of the guy that sells Edge pads? I had a problem like this right after Christmas and the guy from Edge sent me a new pad because he said I must have got the "old style" pads from PAC that were known to do this. If anyone has the guys e-mail or phone number at Edge, I would appreciate it. Thanks
 
I have had both old and new versions, both thick and thin version and still had problems with the velcro. Aaron is great to deal with, but unfortunately the problem still exist, which is a shame because I prefer the non-2k pads for the PC. I really love the durafoam too, but it does little good when the velcro seperates during the first use, esp on the yellow pads.
 
ive had my replacement pads for about a month now and have about 5 uses on them all and so far the velcro seems to be holding up pretty good.
 
Yes, that guy is AWESOME!!! I had the same probelm with a couple pads and I had 2 new pads in like 2-3 days. Super customer service.
