The ball bearings keep falling out of the adapter. Does anyone else have this problem? I purchased the pad set from Autogeeks they have alreay replaced the adapted once and the blue pad it feel apart. Jason at Autogeeks was great.
On both adapters two of the three ball bearing fell out. I tried to put them back in by depressing the release button but they wont stay.
Aaron hopefully you see this and can offer advise.

This is definitely a situation that if you desire speedy resolution should be handled via a PM or email. Putting a post on a public board (even though it's a sponsors) and saying I hope you read this seems silly. Aaron stands behind his product as well as any manufacturer of which I'm aware. It appears that you didn't purchase it from him directly, in this case contact AG directly also. You'll no doubt get a response in short order. Tell us about how you are using it. I've never heard of this specific problem and would be interested in what is happening when the adaptor fails. Was the adapter replaced for the same problem or was it an exchange to the newer design adapter?

ditto.....I would call him direct instead of an email or PM.

He is a great guy and stands behind his products. Is it the old or newly designed adapter?

I think you need to reread my first question " I aksed if anyone else had this problem"

I posted this on a public board to see if anyone else has had the problem

I would call edge except its Sunday today. Even thought its Sunday its possible Aaron may look at this thread and offer a fix.

I'm using it as per the video on Autogeeks.

When I change pads the ball beaings simply fall out. Its now happened on two different adapters. Both adapters are the newer ones.

I cant imagine its user error but if you have ideas on how it could be i'm open for advise
thanks

I think you need to reread my response. I said, if you desire speedy resolution don't hope that someone reads a board. That has nothing to do with asking someone else if they've had a problem.

I have had that problem...apparently they went to a stronger brass adapter that fixes it. For me the new material adapter has not had the balls falling out () anymore. The Edge will swap it out for you I'm sure, if you contact them directly.

Honestly expecting a Manufacturer to reply or see this thread is pushing Customer Service. Contact them directly!

Just to let everyone know that read this thread. I contacted Aaron on 28Aug
he immediatialy sent out two new adapters. Aaron then called me at home to ensure I had received the adapters and if I encounter any problems. With customer service like this Edge has my business for life. BTW it seems the problem I had with the adapter was simply a manufacturing defect as I have not had a problem with the new adapters.

:) Agreed. Customer Service like this is hard to find, then add to the fact that Aaron keeps striving to make a better product!
