Econo Tire Shine

Holy crap! At 1st I thought....oh no, I gotta watch a 7+ minute video, but immediately the entertaining ignorance sucked me in and I couldn't walk away. Epic!
 
I can't tell if it's meant to be a joke or if the guy is serious. He did have a tip about washing your hands though "If you've got an old lady, she will be complaining because, you know, this stuff smells like used motor oil."
