Dust Problem

I've been using Pinnicle Souveran on my car for a while now and I've always had a dust problem, but I would just put up with it. I have a California Duster, but I'm scared to use that, I'm also scared that QD'ing it may cause some marring (I use Meg's #34). What do you guys suggest? QEW? OXO Duster?

Thanks in advance. :hifive:

The CD is probably harmless. We us it daily in our shop.

Here's a thought. Can you ground the car in your garage? Run a jumper cable from the chassis to a water or electrical pipe. This should eliminate a static charge.

Cumbersome, but it works.

I can't really say any more than to just deal with it until you wash it again. I too don't like the idea of touching my paint without it being during a wash with my sheepskins and foam gun, so i just let the car get dusty. I wash every 3-4 days anyways, so it never really gets all that bad.

I'm with Neothin on this. I just can't do the CCD thing without instilling some (admittedly very light) marring. If *you* can, then by all means go for it, but the only way for me to avoid marring my paint is to only touch it when I'm doing a full (foamgun, etc.) wash.
