Drove through paint I think...

Well, I washed my car earlier this afternoon, and found that there are a bunch of white marks very low on the doors on one side of my car. I looked more closely, and they are raised, and appear to be paint, and have dried onto my car pretty well. I tried washing it again, and also some clay with QD for lube, but they are still there. They really distract me when I look at the car, because its dark green.



Whats a good way to get the paint thats not supposed to be there off? I would use paint thinner but yeah.... ;) ;)
 
Try clay again with minimal lubricant, or even just water. The trick with clay is too much lube and it slides, water is less lubricating. Also gibe 3M tar/adhesive remover, or mineral spirits if you have some. Repolish and wax/seal when completed....Fingernails work pretty good also !
 
I have the same problem, my trunk has lots of white dots that I can't get rid of. I clayed with no luck, but some went off when I used my fingernail. It looks like someone pricked it with a pointed object or something:nixweiss like what Patrick said, try using your fingernail and see if it'll work :)
