Dont blame PBMG Blame FEDEX

Don't blame FedEx, blame yourself for waiting until the last second to order something. It's not like Christmas surprises us every year with a random date, you when it is.

I ordered new rotors for my car 2 weeks ago, made it from CA to Md in 4 days. Stuck in the warehouse since! Fed ex told me basically oh well!

My shipment this week from ACC made it in two days as usual although it was not delivered until around 7:30.

I always find fedex to be a bleep show, deliveries are late packages sit at sorting centers for days or weeks, they say no one was there at our work when we have people there from 4 am to 6pm, packages show up looking like they thrown dropped kicked left out in the rain and lit on fire. 75 percent of deliveries to our shop from fedex show up in a rental truck or some beat up gypsy truck with a guy in what looks like a stolen uniform thats ratty and looks like it has not been washed in a month. When I see Fedex as he carrier for a delivery I cringe.

I rarely have a complaint, but I did have a really douchey ups driver recently. Between his demeanor and what he said, it was like he was doing me a favor delivering my new dresser, and it was my fault he had to move it himself and not with a dolly.

other than that, I've had great results with fedex and ups.

I have had only good results from my FedEx and UPS drivers and believe it may be because of where I live.

Ya I think location and the actual employees on the ground have a lot to do with the level of service we receive. I love Pollo Tropical restaurants, but the one here in Stuart gets 0 out of 5 stars from me.

I try to circumvent FEDEX whenever I can. I had ordered items in the past, watch FEDEX drive by the house, check the tracking number to find that they code the delivery s no one was at home to accept--these are for non signature required items. When I called my local FEDEX I was told its up to the discretion of the driver if its late in the day if he wants to stop or not. I called their corporate and was told the same, if the driver is running late its their option on whether to stop or not. Wish I could falsify records like they do. I will take UPS any day!!!

Live heard plenty of stories of the usps doing the exact same thing. It's all about the people involved

FedEx home is horrible, they lost one of my ACC packages that was shipped 2 weeks before Christmas. They wouldn't admit they lost it. I talked to Paul and he's filing the claim and already sent a replacement, but man FedEx home is a joke
