Dog Drool on Leather

What is a good leather cleaner that will clean up dog drool and bring the leather back to its original glistening glory?

I find that the best cleaner for dried dog drool is fresh dog drool. Give him a microfiber towel and lock him in there for a while.

EDIT: Sorry, that just channeled a guy I used to work with who used to say that the best cleaner for dried sticky hydraulic fluid was fresh hydraulic fluid. Seriously, what is the problem in the drooled areas? Is it sticky? Discolored? How about some Meg's QID, or simply the old standby 6:1 Water:Woolite? Or some (very) diluted APC followed by some leather conditioner?

You could either try 303 or Lexol Cleaners, not protectant, first.

Going forward, don't let it become DRY drool. A simple wipe off after the journey or trip is plenty enough. Keep some 303 around for those "sticky" situations :idea

I forwarded 6:1 water:woolite to the owner (she is having me come do her car on the 28th) and she said it worked like a charm. Thanks.

Two of my dog-haulers have leather interiors; I use Griot's Interior Cleaner followed by whatever leather dressing I feel like smelling.
