Does Megs Hyper Dressing dry or stay wet?

Was looking at the Hyper Dressing for engines and tires, does this product dry or stay wet/semi-wet? Additionally does anyone know if it contains silicones?

Don't know if it stays wet, but I do know it contains silicones. Megs does have a silicone free dressing.

Hyper Dressing is a PDMS dressing (milky-white water based) as opposed to an oil-based (transparent) dressing, if that helps.

hyper dressing for the most part stays wet, assuming the area it's being applied to has been previously well cleaned.

ok thanks. I"m kind of looking for something like cd-2 where it sort of hardens but is able to be washed off.
