Does 3M Gloss Enhancer contain wax?

I have a freshly painted vehicle with only 3M IMperial hand glaze and for those touchups i wanted a QD, i can't find meguiars final inspection anywhere locally but i did come across 3M's gloss enhancer. it says it contains isotrophyl alcohol - will it do anything to the freshly cured paint? Does it contain wax or silicones? Thanks.

According to all the literature I've seen on that product, no, it doesn't contain any wax. I do not know about the silicones though.

I don't think very many (except the carnauba-based QDs) contain "wax", and "silicones" are pretty much impossible to avoid in detailing supplies so I wouldn't worry about that. You could always try emailing 3M and just ask them if it's paintable or bodyshop safe....
