Do you guys use QD every day?

Do you guys use QD your everyday. The reason I ask is by the time I come home from work the car has quite a bit of dust and other stuff from the road on it. Do you guys qd this or do you just wait until you wash it next. It seems to me that you're just rubbing the dirt and dust into your paint adding to the chance of marring. What are people's opinions?

I wait until the next wash. Other than the occasional bird bomb, the only thing I do between washes is the windshield.

Lately there's been some pollen build up after it rains that I've removed with a QD, but I don't really live in a region that allows for routine QD'ing.

I try to QD everyday, bu sometime I dont get to it. Doing it everyday doesent seem to induce marring, so I keep doing it.

The only time Ive ever used QD, was to remove bird crap, and to remove bugs on the front bumper b/c I couldnt wash it at the time.

This thread jinxed me. The damn cat is back and somehow tracked up my rear quarter panel (right over the gas tank cover) across my trunk up the rear windshield across the top of the roof down the windshield and all over the hood....QD'd

I usually wash the cars once, sometimes twice a week, so I usually don't do between wash QDs. I like them more after washes to bring back the slickness and enhance the gloss.

Same as above for me. I wash 2 times a week, but QD after every wash. Actually after a wash is the only time I QD anymore. Too easy to swirl my soft black paint otherwise.

+1, After I was my Mach I'll use a QD or something like AJT just to help bring back the slickness and gloss, otherwise I won't QD in fear of adding marring.

I used to QD every day but was being left with lots of marring.

Now I just qd after a wash or if I get some bird poo on the paint.

I will on the other hand QD and area it I have to do some work around it and to not want any slight pressure of my hand to rub dirt against the paint...

I do a ONR with a 2 gallon sprayer. Spray the car real good and MF off. Switch MF as needed. Then QD. I have NOT noticed any additional marring. I do no drive the RX8 in the rain.

Most people use a QD after a wash to boost the shine. If you want to remove dust and pollen from a car use a product like Poorboy's Spray & Wipe waterless car wash.
