I try to keep food and drinks out, but the family always win........

I must be honest and qualify my answer of "Drinks Only!"

When my wife and I were raising 4 boys and we were in our mini-van phase........ The FOOD WAS FLYIN'!!!

Really, I did my best to control it, but with four boys, it's a losing battle!!! :banghead::eek: Just clean it up on the weekend!

Hey I'm new

What's up everyone, I'm new to the forum and just wanted to say hey. Hopefully I posted this in the right section!

No, I dont ever bring food and drinks in my own truck, much less let anyone else.

All it takes is one spill in bewtween the seats, and you have the most tough cleaning task of your life.

I also believe food ( especially takeout or fast food) leaves an odor for a few days. I dont want my truck to smell like a fast food resturant.
No drive throughs? I'll pick up food in my car but no eating. Drinks by me and my wife are ok, sometimes.

Yep. Food and drinks with lids are allowed but under duress. :scared:

It's just easier for everyone if I just shut up and clean it up on Monday morning when everyone is back to school/work. We all have a great weekend and I get to spend quality time cleaning after it's all over. :D

As much as I like to pamper my car its a daily driver, rain, snow whatever... it gets driven.

When im late for school I occasionally have to eat on the go, drinks as well. Things spill, crumbs happen.... If I get something dirty I handle it later. I wish I could but I cannot treat my car like a queen all the time.

I'm thinking of going back to my old policy of no food in the truck. Recently, I took my wife to Dairy Queen to get a sundae for her and a blizzard for me. Wouldn't you know it, she dropped some on the carpet. Because we used our one napkin they gave us, she wasn't able to really get pick it up. Ok, no problem, just clean it up when we get home. Well here we are and she still hasn't cleaned it. I'm going to have to borrow my friend's steamer when I go visit our family next week. No more food for her in my truck.

I detailed a Lexus one time a couple years ago. The owner "warned" me that he ate lunch in his car every day.....

The first thing I saw was dried pizza sauce that had slid off the center console and landed between the console and the seat!

The interior was hideous and it stunk. I'm shocked that he didn't have mice!:cursing::banghead:

Hello!

I am new to this forum & just thought it would be a good idea to introduce myself and say "wuzup".

For once a reliable site with active people that I can stare at - which really is good to look at!

I am here to learn & get involved. How would I best contribute?

Bye!

PS: - I'm attempting to find a lost cousin called Rhett Aderholt, Where would I find him?

Thanx for this beautiful place in internet!!!
