Diamond plate??

Hey guy just wondering whta wouls bring back the shine on the diamond plate on a front of a cargo trailer, it isnt rusted or anything just dull...Also what brings off the blackish water runs on the top of trailers and such like that? any help appreciated. thanks!!
 
Flitz is good for chrome. That used with a mothers powerball.

I had good luck with a product for diamond plate boxes. Not sure of the name right now, but they sell it Lowes next to the truck tool boxes.
 
i have never seen chrome plated diamond plate, i am not saying it doesnt exist but my guess is it would be highly polished aluminum, any metal polish should bring back the shine, do a test with any metal polish and if it turns the applicator black my guess is its just polished aluminum. we have used many methods for using a metal polish on the aluminum such as a old wool pad on a rotary, a mothers power ball, or by hand good luck its alot of work :bigups

Scott, I think I ran across chrome plated diamond plate at Lowes the other day. It has been awhile since I have been there, and will have to double check. I know it was EXPENSIVE too.. I was looking at doing some parts of my trailer with it, since I finally welded some sides on it!
 
i would go out and get yourslef a good drill, a tibe of flitz and a flitz ball. I love the stuff it works realy well and its not expenive.
 
cool chris like i said i wasnt saying it didnt exist just saying i havent ran across it i will check it out at lowes next time i go
