Detroit Free Press test window cleaners

interesting article, i like stoners invisable glass, has anyone tried sprayway from TOL? i like that to and can get it at my local walmart in the house cleaning isle for around $1.70 a can :dunno

:hah Arm was tired after cleaning the front and back window twice? How many weeks would it take him to wax a car using a multi-step system? :lmfao

I wonder if the TB sauce would work good with a PC or not...maybe provide a little more "cutting" action on really gross windows?? :D

I've had three cars windows tinted at two different tinting places. The overwhelming recommendation has been SprayAway. I was able to get SprayAway at Costco. I have been using that for a couple of years and it works great IMO. I apply it to the front windshield and rear window inside by spraying it on a terry sponge applicator and then wiping off with a MF towel. The side windows I just spray it on and use the same applicator to spread it around.

well a few weeks ago i went "duh" i had been buying sprayway for the house for a couple years and liked it alot, in fact i liked it so much walmart kept running out and when it came in i bought every can on the shelf i think it was 22 cans, anyway i never knew it was auto/tint safe till i saw it at tol,i really like the foam its easy to see in poor lighting and you sure cant beat the price from walmart :)

I have used the newspaper method a few times and I was impressed. I just wish my hands were not so dirty afterwards. I guess I could wear some gloves while doing it.
