As most of you know, this was my first year detailing for a full time living. What was just a hobby has became a serious business for me. I account for 90% of my family's household income so I had to go from "hobby" mode to professional. This forum's members, along with others, gave me the time and attention to make Clean4U not only profitable but enjoyable this year. I thought I'd share with you some of my greater experiences from this year.

Thank you all again!

Well, it all started out pretty scary......

But hard work pays off!

Then as time went on and my name got out there, business increased. This allowed for me to pick & choose my details. They got really better!

My picture taking skill rapidily improved as well. I was answering PM after PM to what my process was. This soon was followed by my "detailed" reviews and techniques. Alot of you learned with me and assisted me. My clientle just kept growing....

One customer tells another and soon I was really growing. Acutally hired a helper for the summer. Not to mention my trip to the ER from dehydration.

As my knowledge grew through forums and friends, so did my collection of supplies! It is almost an addiction.

Be proud of all your cars.....That black Viper is haunting me......:D

Great work! A great detailer like you would really do well here in KY--maybe someone will see your thread and be inspired. Again, congrats.

Excellent.... You are one fo the best of "Autopia" if you ask me. Not soo much just your details, but mroe your dedication to it. I love reading all your threads and posts, and really look forward to all your reviews. You have scored some big points here with all of us (makes me glad I began posting here on autopia, instead of just DC).

Most importantly, is that I ahve noted that in the majority of your threads, your mood is always positive, which undoubtfully makes me believe you truly "love" detailing.

Thanks bro. That statement means alot to me. I mean it.

It's so easy to be positive when like what you do for a living. I love posting here and helping others out. I want my posts to more than just a post. I want others to see the enjoyment I get from my job. Not to say that somedays aren't awful, but in the end, when I come here and post my job and see the comments, makes me damn fine.

I just want all of you to go and do what makes you happy. If this includes a leap of faith, then do it. If you fail, you will not ever have to live with a regret. The only thing is, if it's something you really want to do and have prayed about it, more than likely you will not fail!

Justin
