I have been detailing my cars for more than 60 years and never needed safety glasses.
Today I cleaned the wheels on my new Focus they are optional Alloy wheels and I was using a Meguiars wheel brush.
It flipped APC into my eye I went in the house and flushed my eye with a eye wash and went back out and started cleaning and it got me in the eye again.
Since I never had this problem before I think it is the design of the wheel it has small holes that bend the bristle on the brush and they flip.
From now on I will wear glasses, . :surrender
Just wanted to remind everyone when using a brush be sure to wear glasses. :bigups
