I'm detailing a black lincoln towncar and the owner runs a Limo service. I originally wanted to detail his limos but he gave me the sedan to start with. If i do a good job, i'll be detailing the rest of his stretch limos. Hes not cheap at all. He's paying me 150 for a full detail on his towncar which isnt bad at all considering i'll be recieving more work from him. I know he'll want me to detail his stretches once im through with his towncar, but i have no idea what i should charge. Im pretty sure theyre normal lincoln towncar stretches. I want at least 350; maybe a bit more. Is this price fair?

Its a full detail. Exterior is wash, clay, compound, polish, then polymer sealant or carnauba x2. Wheels and tires cleaned and dressed. Interior, the carpets are vacummed, spot treated, shampooed if need. All leather seats cleaned and conditioned with lexol. All dash and trim is wiped down and dressed with 303. WIndows cleaned inside and out (alot of window on a limo).

What do you guys think? for those who have had experience with limo places, what did you guys charge and what was your regimen? Thanks guys

UH......are u aware that theres probably over 70 square feet on a limo? i dont think he'd pay 700 bux on a limo. UNless you've done that. Anybody else?

I believe he meant $10 a linear foot. Measure the car from bumper to bumper... charge for the length of the vehicle.

I detailed part time for a limo company about 8 years ago. They paid me by the hour and provided everything but my polishers. They used Auto Magic products.

Limo's aren't really a big deal. Just be aware of what is inside the vehicle in the passenger area... especially after a "bachelorette" party... some girls just can't hold their liquor. Ditto for limos rented for high school proms.. I least I knew the revelers were practicing safe sex...need I say more?
