Detailer Needed in Richmond, VA

I just picked up a 1999 Camaro that is in need of some professional help. From what I can tell, there is a film (possibly from hard water) all over the car. I need someone who knows what they are doing to bring the finish back to life. Please PM me. Here is a picture of what I am talking about:
