Detailer in Oaklahoma

Have someone interested in getting his black 99 Trans Am done. His closest major city is Tulsa. He says its in excellent condition but not sure of his understanding of swirl marks.... the local places charge like 175-190 for the all-out detail... so not sure he's lookin to spend much but I'd like an Autopian who is decent to take care of him.
