Todays job was to detail an '02 silver taurus. The car had moderate swirls, light oxidation, and plenty of paint contaminants. I evaluated the car and decided to go with this process

Clay Magic

Dacp (via pc)

#80 speed glaze (via pc)

Mothers Fx

Duragloss AW

Here are some pics of the results

I'm sure the car will look better after the products cure and on a day that isnt so grey. I was overall happy with the results on silver. What do you guys think? I would also like to here so recommendations for improvement. Thank you

i guess we can type it like that,

anyways, silver is a real hard color to make people say "wow"

i have a silver bonneville next monday and i'm going with a menzerna polish and some liquid # 26.

should come out well.

taurus looks good, process and results seem to work well :2thumbs:

Looks good, I am doing one(excact same color and year) soon, and hope it turns out as nice as that. Good wetness and clarity for such a "blah" shade of silver.
