Detailed: 2006 BMW M5

Very nice pics. Even the befores are pretty darn impressive, looks like you keep it very well maintained. I am dismayed every day when I see fine luxury or sports cars around here that are completely filthy.

tyoung is right. I spent a weekend recently at my brother's in northern Virginia, and if I had a dollar for every filthy BMW wheel I saw, I'd own an M ride.

The car looks great, and believe it or not, the wheels are not that much harder to clean... A soft bristle brush, gets into those long concaved nooks really easy...

Oh, there's that dreaded IDrive knob on the console. Guess I'll get an M3 if my finances would reverse ; )

Have you driven a car with iDrive for longer than a day? I have and its a godsend to have everything at your palm without having to constanly look down. Ofcourse you shouldn't attempt to "learn" the iDrive system while driving and it takes getting used to, but after that, it really is nice and easy to do everything with one button, instead of looking at the screen, down at the button, back to the road, back to the screen, ect...

If it wasn't succesful, many automakers wouldn't be applying their own version to their cars (Audi, MB, ect).

Nice work and great pics!

It is weird about i-drive, all the car rags ***** about it. Then Benz and audi come up with their own versions of it.
