Mobile Detailing Services
Well, I got to work this Saturday. I usually try to take this day off but after missing Thursday and most of Friday due to the rain, I needed to work. I called this customer in the morning and set up the appointment. He I would have 2 to wash; his 2005 Chevy 2500 (full detail previously posted here.....) and his wifes family ride. They are both in real estate and are on the road constantly. We have tons of gravel/dirt roads here with new construction going on. This mean dirty vehicles.......inside and out. Thank God this customer reallizes white is the way to go!

Here's the process.....

Start Time:

12:00PM

Finish Time:

4:00PM

Payment:

Package deal price of this full detail and wash/vac/wax of husband's ride....

400.00

NXT Car wash with 1 cup per 5 gallons of Simple Green

(Washed with Yellow ShMitt)

ARGGGH! I was out of clay! Luckily there was no sap or other contaminents present. I used this more aggressive mitt since I needed some cleaning power. The cup of Simple Green really helped. I noticed how it really cut the dirt better than soap along. Once again, I only do this on a full detail.

Optimum's/Justin's 75/25 Polish and Poli-Seal Mix

(Used EDGE2K Green Wave Pad at a #6 PC setting)

I am still impressed everytime I use this mix. The cut and cleaning ability blows my mind. Even better is that I could (didn't though!) stop here and be done!

Just look at how well it cleaned just 2 panels......

Collinite Marque D’Elegance Carnauba Paste Wax #915

(Applied and removed by hand)

I didn't realize how big this thing was till I started waxing it by hand!

I decided to use 915 since the customer wanted maxumum durability and I wanted the maximum shine. This fine wax seems to be the medium. Goes on smooth and thin. I wetted my pad and then rung it out leaving it damp. This really helps with Collinites waxes. Let it set up while I vacuumed the mats; about 30 minutes. The results are in the pictures!

I love your click and brags Justin, it something special every time. I wish I had time to pt together some better detailed posts like you

I post alot of mine on Sundays when I'm home alone or with my kids. WIfe works. This one took me about 30 minutes to do.

Thanks topnotch. Means alot.

That is fantastic work. Do you notice fuzz on that denali carpet? My mothers XL has that same color and it creates fuzz like you would not belive.

The places you detail looks like Boone, NC. The photos are very similar.

I also used to use the tire foam for the engine bay, but I switched to water based protectant after a while. The foam began to pick up a lot of dust for me. I'm still amazed how well it works on a fresh set of tires, though.
