Mobile Detailing Services
This is the first referral from the the 2500's owner. She called my Sunday night and asked if I could do hers after seeing his. I said sure. She was unhappy with her current detailer. He uses tons of silicone and wheel acid. I've actually took alot of customers from him for these reasons. You would think that one would listen to his/her customer's comments. Oh well. I now have another bi-weekly customer. I wanted to have a clean slate to maintain so I did a full detail on her car. She was worried that I wouldn't take my time since it was an older car and that it wasn't a Viper or such. I told her I treat them all the same and they all get high-quality products and dedication. Hopefull I've won her over.

Washed with Meguiar's NXT Car Wash
(Used wash ShMitt and clayed)
Pinnacle's XMT#2
(Used EDGE2K Yellow Cutting pad at a #5 PC setting)
The paint wash heavily swirls and had lots of oxidation. The owner told me she goes through the locat touch-less coin-op about once a week. I told her all she was doing was sealing in layers of dirt. It was evident too. Just look at my pad. This is just the hood and driver's fender.
Collonite's No.845 Insulator Wax
(Used EDGE2K Blue Finishing Pad at a #4 PC setting)
Since winter is coming, I've been using this wax like crazy. I feel that I will reap the benefits more than the customer since most are bi-weekly washes. Once you learn how to apply 845, it's so easy to use and remove. I put a full circle of it on my pad and lightly press it onto 2-3 panels. I then smear it around and apply it. Once the pad is loaded, it doesn't take much. I let the thin layer haze and then remove by PC and the white EDGE2K pad.
DuraGloss Aqua Wax
(Sprayed one mist per panel then removed with Cobra MF)
After letting the 845 sit for about an hour in the sun, I came back and used AW as a quick detailer to give this white some pop. That and to just plain experiment! I think it added some depth to the No.845.
Other Products Used....
