Mobile Detailing Services
This is car that I just detailed this week. It is owned by Anne Rice, a well known author. It has 9k on the odometer with a price tag of 70k. Jeremy Blackwell of Speed4Sale is brokering the car for her. He has let me handle all of his detailing needs. I was honored when he asked me to do this one for him.

The paint was very scratched and had lots of deep swirls and strange circular scratches as well. He told me to take my time and I would be rewarded. I had 7+ hours invested in this one alone.

Here's the process....

XMT #3

(E2K Yellow Pad at #5 Setting)

2-3 Full Passes on some panels.

XMT Glaze

(E2K Blue Pad at #5 Setting)

2 Coats on entire car.

Souveran Liquid Wax

(E2K White Pad at #4)

2 Coats on entire car as well.

Removed by hand.

A beautiful car, but let's see... a 13 year old Toyota or a brand new Z06 with 505hp and a warranty... hmmm. Same price.

I really like the XMT line. It's not too often you see a MKIV Supra with headlight lenses that clean. I'm assuming they were like that already?

EDIT: I see in the link he's asking 55K, not 70K. I want that car.

It was 55k before the detail and exhaust and mods.

He hasnt updated it yet.

Sorry.

You could still get it for 55k since he hasnt done the mods as of today.

Lens were hazed.....I polished them out too.

Eh, I'm curious to see what it will go for. I will always have Supra fever but doubt I'll ever own one. Anyways, failed to mention it earlier, but great job on the detail :getdown Your posts are always entertaining :hifive:

I noticed that you didn't follow XMT 3 with a milder pad/polish combination. I have not been able to do that on black paint. Does the above picture show hazing or is the paint metallic?

Metallic Paint.

The XMT Glaze has cleaners in it that will remove light marring.

Ita a Supa who would pay that much money for one

Totally stock and with only 9k on it.....It will sale easily.

It's a clique you see. Not everyone likes every car but if you want a Supra...a clean one, money will be spent. He sales them everyday.

I don't get alot of marring with XMT #3. Guess it's just my technique.

I've remove light swirls with just XMT Glaze alone with the orange E2K pad.

Supras have a cult-like following. They're one of a kind, they're easy to make crazy power with, and they're bullet proof. Ever since I was 11 years old and I sat in a brand new red on black targa TT in a showroom I have wanted one. Unfortunately, when F&F came out, every fan of the movie who had enough money to buy one bought them up, and now they're damn near impossible to find with less than 30K on the clock, ESPECIALLY stock like that one. I would still never pay 55K for a 13 year old Toyota. I didn't realize they were 46K new in 94. No wonder they didn't sell very well.

Very well put.

A buddy of mine has a single turbo set up making 650+ at the wheels and is his daily driver!

Yeah you can get more HP for less money....but once again, it's what the person wants.

I just detail them and take the check. No counseling.

Great work. Im looking into using the XMT line for my own car. Was this work dont by PC or rotary?

How do you like their products?
