Detail/Paint Restoration in Ventura/SB?

I have a Black SUV that has some significant fading on the hood and the wind segment shield. I don't want to put out big $$ for a new paint job right now but would like to get the paint back in the best condition possible. Any suggestions on what methods I can use to get it looking better or recommended businesses in the area that would do a good job?

I've tried the basic polishing and rubbing compounds followed by a good coat of wax but it's only halted the process not really helped improve the fade.

If you look at this post I had the most faded oxidized swirled black paint I've ever seen, I used IP via rotary and you can see the hood shot, it erased all the fading. I followed with ZPC and the paint looks better than new, until you get right up close that is but I'm lucky not to repaint for a couple years. If your not comfortable using the machine, I wouldn't hesitate to give psstue a shot.

I'm telling you that hood shot is not dirt, it's after wash and clay and the black half is after one slow pass with IP and a yellow pad!
