New Normal
Have been traveling these last weeks from Texas to Alaska. I did have a chance to visit with some old friends and meet new friends as well. Got to admire a forum members work in Tempe. She is a winner al the way around. Great host and has some real shiny cars. Thanks, Norah!!
Had a chance to detail a project car of a friend of mine is Monroe, Washington. Unfortunately the car is not perfectly aligned but I would be proud to be the owner of this car. He had it repainted and I am the only one that has detailed it since it was painted. Have him educated in washing techniques and the use of MF towels. It is always parked inside and only on dry days.
Since there was no need to do any paint correcting here is the process of the quicky detail of the paint on a 49 Ford.
QEW wash
Mother Power Polish with PC and LC white polishing pad
Mother’s Reflections Car Wax by hand using yellow foam applicator buffed of with plush MF towel
Mother’s Reflections Top Coat by hand using yellow foam applicator buffed of with plush MF towel
Mother QD and plush MF towel for a final wipedown
No work on the tires or wheel wells because the tires are soon to be changed. Also time was short. Just thought that I would let you all know. Also no work was done on the Chevey 350 that he has in the engine compartment. Just showing what he has.
Sorry for the picture size. I am still trying to figure out this new camera of mine.
