I will be teaching "The BLACKFIRE Shine Class presented by FLEX Polishers" at Detail Fest this year.

What: The BLACKFIRE Shine Class is will teach you the basics of creating BLACKFIRE's signature shine using a FLEX 3401 VRG Dual Action Polish and BLACKFIRE SRC Polishing Compounds. We will cover the basics of machine polishing, pad and product selections, basic polishing theory, and more.
The goal of this class will be to maximize "hand's on" time for those in attendance. Be prepared to polish some paint and get a good feel of the BLACKFIRE polishes and FLEX 3401 VRG polishers.
Class Outline:
-Introduction to BLACKFIRE's paint correction and protection range
-Products Covered
-What are paint defects/ How are they removed
-What is a Dual-Action Forced Rotation Polisher and how does it work
-Preparing the Paint For Polishing (wash, decontamination,taping)
-Teaming the BLACKFIRE SRC Polishes with the correct Lake Country Pad
-Test Spot
-Correct Polishing Technique with a FLEX 3401 VRG
-Applying BLACKFIRE Wet Diamond via FLEX
-Class Room
