Degreaser and QEW?

I've just started using no-rinse washes, and absolutely love it. I was wondering if you can use a degreaser with them to remove bug spots, bird spots, or other stubborn dirt. Also, if I want to strip the wax, can I just add the degreaser to the qew bucket like I would for a normal wash? Or do I have to do a normal hand wash to get all the wax off?

Thanks, Joshua

I use the no rinse washes exclusively. Optimum No Rinse is my favorite but I also use and love QEW and DP 4 in 1. I have used bug and tar remover prior to my washes previously with no problems. Just realize that you will need to re-wax or reseal after the wash because it will remove your wax/sealant. I used the product prior to washing, not mixed with the wash. I hesitate to mix them because I have no idea how the chemicals would act combined together.

To strip wax, I would use a Dawn wash or some Isopropyl Alcohol if I didn't want to wash.

There are wax removal products as well. I would also consider polishing to remove wax.

You may be able to get away with the method you mention but I hesitate on that one.

If you are wanting to remove your wax, are you going to poilsh and wax again? Do you just want to try another LSP? Any specific reason you want to remove your wax?
