Dealing with an unhappy customer...

okay first off you spent like 12 hours on that car, so if u didn't charge like 350-400 bucks you didn't make money. That car was horrible and you have to learn how to use the rotary for cars like that. second it is not your fault, the condition of that car was awful. It is a daily driver and everything wont come out. you will always have a unhappy customer here or there, that is nothing you can stop. I have been detailing for many years and I had a small handful of unhappy customers, but i really dont care. the reason because i know my skills are on the professional level and nothing else could really be down to improve the paint or interior besides repainting or replacing. while this does hurt you, u have to move on and take it with a grain of salt. Our business is very very particular and you will always run into those customers who will find flaws in a showroom new car.

i just cant belive someone would be that picky over a car that they let go to Krap. oh well you did a good job on the car and thats all that matters.
