Dark Spot on Red Paint

I have two red cars. Starting my weekend detailing project, I noticed some black spots on the paint. One of the cars is a brand new 911. I have tried using a degreaser as well as clay but they aren't coming out. You can't feel them with your fingernail, its almost like it's under the clear coat. Any recommendations?

I try a iron remover product. CarPro Iron X or many others out on the market that does that same.

Okay, I'll give it a try. I've never experienced iron on a car, is that something that you can't feel when rubbing your hand over the paint?
