Well, I am looking into starting detailing this spring/summer right now, and am looking for all the information I can get, if you think it would help me out I would love for you to let me 'borrow' it. I'd be more then willing to pass it on too. Let me know if anyone else is interested, if not then I'll get it, if so and it would be geared towards someone who already has a business going, go with that.
 
Not for nothing but I was told that book is very good for any type of bussness. I'm a fire fighter paramedic what kind of service does our patients expect.. You would be surprized many of times I have people tell me while i'm trying to save thier life "Listen all I want you to do is drive me to the hospital where the doctors will take care of me...BLA BLA BLA..." You think it's hard to deal with people who want petro based tire dressings...
 
Y'all pass it around as much as you like but I do want the book back eventually. ;)
