CRSSpotless - TDS?

I played w/ my CRS unit today - it seems to be drying without any spotting, but man, does it take a long time to air dry, haha.

One thing I noticed is that my initial TDS's range from 6-10....I live in the country and I know my water is highly mineralized, so I guess that accounts for it. I remember reading about some simple filter you can buy at home depot to attach before the unit to catch more crap and extend the resin? Can't find what it was called though....

That wasn't it - it was something smaller, some type of ???filter??? that was fairly small and just used to catch **** before it hits the CR unit.

Btw, it actually works - both cars I washed with it dried perfectly spotless. i did have to get out a waffle weave to blot my hood and roof of a few drops that didn't want to go away, but other than that, absolutely perfect (and fwiw, in the past I could never successfully blot my water spots - they would usually leave some type of streaking behind).

LOVE my CR unit. :goodjob
