I made this myself in photoshop, lmk what ya think!

Looks great! A coule suggestions if I may...

1. Center the lead phrase within their boxes. IOW, the phrases "spring cleaning special" and "why choose..." should be centered, not left justified.

2. What's going into the white blank area at the bottom of the page? If its wasted space, expand the top box downward to open up the big list of tasks, or move the 15% off text down there, or repeat your contact info.

3. What's your name? Put it in there someplace so people know who to ask for when calling. I'd also make the phone numbers more prominent.

A few little tweaks and you have a nice clean looking flyer. :up :up

guaruntee -> guarantee

Again, mess around with spacing. Your list of work seems a little long... lazy people like me will stop at 'Polish and Clean Glass.' You might want to reconsider using 'clay bar' - it sounds exotic, but it can also confuse people. A cooler name maybe? :p

Nice job, by the way! I like it! :up

EDIT: I think the capitalization of the first letter of every word is what's causing the list to look so busy.

The flyer looks good. The only problem i have found with flyers is that printing them out in color really takes up the ink and can get to be costly. I tend to make one in color and then photo copy it in b&w for sending out.

possibly, how much do you want to steal? If you'd like help I could make you a template in photoshop, I really enjoyed doing this.

I may be a little picky here, but we've always been taught, as writers, to stick to one "tense"... meaning, if you've chosen a past tense, then all of your points (the ones in the table) should be in the past tense (CleanED, PolishED, etc)

One huge recomendation. Get rid of the 15% off with flyer. Your clients do not want to figure out percentages. Besides 15% of what price, no price is ever mentioned. I would put Special Introductory price ONLY $XX.XX. with this flyer..Always put limited time offer and certain restrictions apply .

i might disagree with taking the 15% off. I have found that you need to calculate the difference. Lets say that you want to give a discount of $10.00, or if the amount of 15% which totals $10.00

In the customers eyes they are thinking that the 15% is a better deal.

It is smart advertising. Like when you see things for 9.99 but not $10.00. Or when gas pricing is 1.87(9) it is really 1.88.

People will go towards what they think is a better deal, but in when it is all said and done, it was the same discount.

Hope i said this right, did not want to confuse anyone.
