Crazy film while windows rolled down

This is strange, can somebody solve this??



Starting with a clean car, clean glass.... If I roll the front windows down, and wait a few minutes, I roll them back up only to find the outsides have a really nasty film near the front. ???? Mostly the front windows, and more so on the driver side. I don't smoke in the car, can't understand.. It's like there's something in the door itself contaminating my windows.

Its prolly something thats sat in the outside window seals.



My biggest pain is when I'm doing windows I wind them down to do the top edges and when i wind them up again it leaves water all over the glass!!
