Cousin's '04 Accord After Tragedy

Ok...the story is this. My cousin bought a brand new '04 Accord right around Christmas and then 8 weeks ago, tragedy struck. A ladder, one that weights about 30lbs (over 200lbs with him on it) fell onto the trunk of his car and left a huge gash in it. We all shed some serious tears. He had it reparied, repainted, and then had to wait to give it some shine. Thanks to all of you here, I had the goods to use on his car. Since he is my hero, this was all free of charge and a lot of fun too!

What is that white stuff? I'll be moving to florida in a couple of months (going to Florida Tech), and I'd like to keep detailing professionaly, so itd be good to know what kind of stuff is unique to the area.
