Copper overspray on black paint!!! HELP!!!

SO this weekend I sprayed my calipers copper/orange. Looks good on my black Z. I taped off all the areas by the wheel well and did it in my garage. But I didn't even think to cover the car. Now I have copper overspray on my black paint!!! AH!!! I have a PC orbital. What can I do to get rid of this. I have clayed a little section and it seemed to do nothing. I really don't want to buff again because I just buffed it a little while ago. Help!

I just bought Sonus clay, I got 2 kinds, one for normal light claying and the other a heavier duty clay. Maybe your clay isn't aggressive enough. Goodluck!

My father recently had some heavy overspray from roofwork (neighbors). Nothing would work on it. I tried clay and nothing. Picked up some Medium Grade clay from claymagic and it removed all of it... Unfortunately, it leaves behind maring so u gotta polish.



One of those times that theres nothing u can do, but be happy that u're a detailer and know how to fix it yourself.
