Just a regular guy
At DetailFest, Roshan informed me that he sleeps under a BLACKFIRE banner. I, naturally, didn't believe him. Don't get me wrong, I have multiple BLACKFIRE banners hung around the house -the quality laser print and vibriant colors make for an outstanding interior decoration that looks good on ALL colors and all styles. Whether you fancy a modern interior, a classic (including wood paneling and popcorn ceilings), retro (70's era shag carpet and olive green cabinets, yeah we know.. you'll change it soon), or even Tuscan.... BLACKFIRE banners are perfect.

Roshan took it a step further. Since he was a young child, he has feared that his roof might collapse and rain water might soak him as he peacefully sleeps. I agree that this might happen, probably. By sleeping under a BLACKFIRE banner, Roshan not only enjoys the good looks of the banner, but also the protection of Wet Diamond Polymers that would cause water to bead away and protect him, like sunscreen, from the harsh Florida sun (if he sleeps during the day -like a vampire, hypothetically).

Once I made up this wonderful tale in my head, I had no choice but to give Roshan a full pot of our new BLACKFIRE BlackICE Hybrid Montan Sealant Wax.

Thanks so much Todd, it was amazing meeting you and the seeing the inside workings of blackfire! I had so much fun and oh man, I learned a ton in those classes. As I tell everyone who asks, I'm no pro so it was great to see the maestro of blackfire showing us the way of the rupes. Thanks again Todd, and as long as nothing major happens, I'll see you next year!!

Can't wait amigo! I'll be in the office on Wednesday, and make sure I get your BF wax out then. I am heading to the store later to pick up a silver paint pen.

It was a very cool moment at the Rupes class that further added to a great weekend, and I am happy to see that Todd is in fact going to sign it for you.
 
Roshan is seriously good people. Another great DetailFest down and another opportunity to see some familiar faces and meet some new ones!
 
Couldn't happen to a nicer guy! Can't wait to see how much shinier that blue can get. BTW, did u get a chance to speak with Todd about cleaning up the race strips? I anxious to hear that solution as well. Congrats again and enjoy - and yes, the show was great and wonderful to meet you.

Like all the good people I've meet at AG, you willingness to help and share information is simply above and beyond. My sincerest thanks for all you do and all the help you've given to me and other forum members. What goes around comes around.
 
Congratulations! I spent all day yesterday watching the live feeds from Show Car Garage. I happened to be watching when the "banner" conversation unfolded. That was awesome!!!!

Thank you all for your kind words, and of course you know there's going to be a review!!

Todd, you guys and all the others there at DF are making me wish it was next year already. It truly was a blast and seeing guys on the forum that you never would have seen otherwise is just awesome!!

Not to mention all the classes and stuff you can learn there!
