confused between GEPC and SMR

CAn i use SMr and then GEPC with my new PC. or should i use hand (manual).



ANd which pad should i use for SMR and GEPC

I have the one that comes with it originally - foam polishing pad

and got the additional lambs wool pad.



Whats a good setting to use for either if using PC
