Conflicting products?

Newbie alert! - please dont be too harsh :nixweiss

Im going to be doing a thorough clean of the car soon (silver audi TT) when the weather here in the UK gets a bit better. Ive been reading the forum here for a few days and hadnt previously realised how some products dont work well with others.

I cannot justify spending huge amounts of money on products however, I would appreciate any input you might have. Im no car cleaning expert but I think I have a good idea of how to do a fairly good job - wash, clay, wash, polish, seal & wax.

The products I have are as follows:

washing - meguiars nxt wash

claying - meguiars smooth surface clay kit, this comes with a cleaner wax which Im assuming is to be used as part of the polishing process? I also have Zymol cleaner wax.

Sealing - Does the cleaner wax seal? - I didnt think it did but I have AG SRP

Waxing - Im going to try out this new AG high definition stuff

Do any of the products above conflict with each other? I believe some waxes will not bond properly to previosly laid down products.

Any advise or opinions welcomed.

Hello

No conflicts there. AG products are not really exported to the USA in any quanties that make it all that popular so there is little no use of that going on in this forum.

Clay

SRP

AG High Def Wax.

Personally i would wait for people to try the Hi Def wax before you buy it. There are plenty of decent products like Nattys Red, Petes 53, Max Wax to name a few that are proven and quality.

Yep, gotta love 845IW on Silver. I'm gonna try Optimum on my silver metallic sometime this spring, but I'll probably end up going back to DWG topped with 845IW...
