Concret cleaning

I've got some oil and aft stains in the concrete of my car port (Army Housing) that I want to clean up. I looked at some of the stuff that Griot's garage has Concrete Cleaner, One Gallon - Griot's Garage

Does it work any better than the old solutions (kitty litter etc)? One limitation to the location is that I can't get water to it - at least by hose. Any better products? Locally available?

Wet it with water( a couple of 5 gallon buckets of water should do all the needed wetting/rinsing, spray on any engine degreaser, let it dwell, keep wet, after 5 to 10 minutes, respray with the degreaser, agitate with a stiff broom or brush, rinse off.

Then apply muratic acid (pool cleaning acid), let it dwell, keeping wet with the muratic, agitate with stiff broom or brush, rinse off.

That's a system that works and the cheaper, more caustic the degreaser is, the better.

Muratic acid is cheap to buy in gallons.

This will get it about as clean as you could expect, unless you had some HF, and no, you don't want that.
