I have a trojan virus on my desktop computer and I have no idea how to get rid of it. Norton couldn't clear the virus from the computer so its still on my computer. What do I need to do to get rid of it? is there software I can buy that will get rid of it or what? Please help!

I believe that will tell you how to update norton's definitions and what to do to remove it.
