Color X Use as a LSP

HI all:
I do wash and wax jobs for co-workers, some of whom have older uncared for cars. I know when the job is done ( waxing) they will not keep it up. Would ColorX be a decent product to use as far as improving the appearance and giving decent protection, as well as maybe fixing a bit of the defects?

Right from the Meg's site:
Meguiar’s COLORx® is the tested and proven one-step system to restore deep color and gloss from your oxidized or contaminated paint finish. In one easy step, our polish and wax combination will dramatically revive brilliant color and add a long lasting protection that locks in the shine. Helps remove fine scratches and swirl marks too.

Were it my own car I would top it with more protection. In your case(s) I think it would work just fine.

ColorX does quite a job of polishing/cleaning, leaving me to believe that it probably isn't all that strong on the protective side. I don't see how you can have such a strong cleaning presence and still have a very strong durability side, but I'm no chemist. I would probably always top it with something else, but that's just me.
