Color on Parade?

Just One More Coat
Yesterday I called a local high end used car guy I have worked with. I was looking for a good source for scratch repair, something that I out source with my detailing. The guy I had moved so I was in the market for a new contact.

He gave me this guys number and he came by in the afternoon to give me some biz cards and general pricing.

Seems to understand what he is talking about...the company is franchised and according to him great field training.

Thoughts?

Colors on Parade, auto dent repair, scratch repair, paintless dent repair

Interesting but i bet there are a lot of local permits that must be looked into ... EPA in some areas could be a real PITA to comply with ;)

:cool:Memphis is already flooded with Dent Removal/Touch-up repair.I still could never understand why someone would pay a franchise fee every month for something in the service industry.:dcrules

So are you looking to open a franchise yourself, or just sub out the jobs to the guy who came out?

No, in my opening paragraph I said that I had a guy that moved away and was looking for a new one...The only reason that I posted this was to see if anyone had used them, might want to find a out source for themselves or start up the service with there detailing.

It dose look appealing to me, but I don't have the time to go threw the training and its just as easy call him and let the customer deal direct

Like any franchise, it's only as good as the guy(s) that operate it. I don't know about now but, back when I was around dealerships a lot, I would see them and they were among the worst at what they did. Having said that, there weren't any good mobile painters at that time in our area.

I don't have anybody now that is mobile who I feel comfortable referring business to but I'm not in contact with any of them anymore like I used to be.

Thanks Troy and I appreciate the in-site...I have this guy coming out to work on my Camry has an area that I want fixed...then I can get a good judgement...he also works with two detail shops here so I plan a call...He told me that his father owned a body shop and he worked in that for years until it was sold and his father retired...who knows but the proof is in the work
