i would like to hear a little about this product, from anyone that uses it, or who has used it.

I have it and I use it.I buy it from a place $14.25 shiping inc.Its a good wax with lots of durability. It is the liquid version of the #476.If your car is prepped right you will like it.Nice shine and its the wax to use before the winter.Having Collinite on you car in the winter months is a big plus

cheap, did you search? There are reams of info and comments on a great and long-lasting sealant.

I started to use it for the winter and like it alot. The water rolls right off of the car. I get it locally for 12.99 + pa tax.

hope this helps ALAN

one last thing the bottle it comes in isn't worth a S--T you have to change it to a bottle with a spout.

i was wondering the same thing? any cleaners in this product? would it be fine over a-i-o or sg? or would it strip the sg off, and just leave the a-i-o?

I was told by the man where I bought my Collinite WAX said that there is no cleaners but maybe you want to give him a call.He said that there is no cleaners in MDE #476 or #845

I use it often and, although I don't believe it has cleaners in it, it has a VERY STRONG solvent smell to it. In fact I use gloves to apply it.

Since I don't use it as a "beauty" wax, I am not sure if it'll strip off sealants or waxes below.

I highly recommend it for its durability, ease of use and lack of trim staining.

For the money, it's cheap enough and worth while for the winter protection.

Comments:

Prep well and the 845 will protect what you've got all winter.

Adds a teensie bit of warmth (to black paint at least)

Gloss: 3.7/5

Bit difficult to remove in humidity

Little goes a long way

The beads run like he// when the water hits.

I apply with a black VC pad for the first coat and remove after ~3 minutes. The bottle isn't so bad; I have a couple squeegies (used for laying vinyl/ tint) that I apply the wax to and spread on the pad or applicator. It is cheap. I don't think it removes anything it goes over but I can't be positive. My .02
