Collinite Update

My daily driver (10years old)is parked outside 24/7. Last summer it saw P3 and 26. About 11/15 I gave it a coat of Collinite as discussed on this site as a good winter wax.

The winter had been especially nasty here in Chicagoland. Despite a couple of 40 degree days for this weekend most of the winter, and it's not over yet, has been with low temps not really suitable for a real wash. Additionally, snow has been off and on, lots of salt on the roads=we need a rain before I take my real ride out of the garage.

Anyway the Mitsu Galant has seen 3-4 touchless washes, and today I hit the untouchless wash (sorry). Watching the water on the hood, I'd say it's still about 50% in coverage, still beading; not like at first but definitely doing the job. Besides that the car just looks good and shiney. I really don't think the salt adheres as much to Collinite.

Anyway--as suggested an excellent product; also very easy to use.
